Steve Jobs co founded Apple in 1976 his parent’s garage. Though he was forced to leave the company in
1985, he returned to save it from nearly being bankrupt in 1997. It was simply
due to the charismatic personality of Steve jobs that by October 2011, he
established Apple Inc. as the most valuable company of the world.

Steve Jobs had always been considered as a captivating leader and speaker known for his ability to
mesmerize the audience with his vast vision. He had profound knowledge and
understanding of technologies combined with a visionary talent. All that helped
him to efficiently communicate his dreams to his employees so that they could
execute these dreams. He had a boundless urge for product excellence. He always
focused on designing products with elegance and simplicity. Jobs used to get
deeply engrossed into the details of product design and its marketing. In words
of Steve, “My job is to not be easy on people. My job is to make them better.
My job is to pull things together from different parts of the company and clear
the ways and get the resources for the key projects. And to take these great
people we have and to push them and make them even better, coming up with more
aggressive visions of how it could be.”

On the question of his tendency to be rough on people, he answered, “Look at the results. These are
all smart people I work with and any of them could get a top job at another
place if they were truly feeling brutalized. But they don’t. And we got some
amazing things done.
