Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate your service or product purchase with us on our website https://www.edukyu.com/ (hereinafter referred to as “EduKyu.com”).

Please read this policy and the EduKyu.com terms and conditions carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, with respect to any purchase or service we provide to you.

We make every effort to provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from EduKyu.com, however if, due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject on the following situations:

Training Providers

Raise a refund request of subscription plan within 5 days start of the plan.

However, no refund will be processed for the payment of the promotion and lead plan.

In case, training provider is not able to organize the event/postpone the event/cancel the event, 100% refund will be paid by the trainer/EduKyu Pvt. Ltd depending upon the receiver of the payment in the first place.

For example: HR of XYZ company opted for "Pay Later" option and paid the amount directly to training provider for organizing a workshop and due to unforeseeable circumstances, the workshop got cancelled. In such a case, EduKyu Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any amount paid.

In case of change in the venue for the event, 100% amount will be refunded to the training seekers who are not able to attend the event by training provider/ EduKyu Pvt. Ltd depending upon the receiver of the payment in the first place.

Memebership Amount: If the request for a refund has been raised after 48hrs of Membership approval, the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the member has been approved, then, such refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.

For Trainee

Edukyu is only responsible for the transaction made on the website EduKyu.com. Trainee having option to pay directly to trainer also in which eduKyu.com will not be responsible for any of the transaction made between trainer and trainee.

The Refund shall be only considered in the event there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from EduKyu.com.

In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on EduKyu.com.

Refund requests shall not be entertained on or before 48 hrs of the event date has been mentioned in the website Edukyu.com. However, we shall give you the option of using the amount paid for by you, for an alternative service in EduKyu.com amounting to the same value and the said amount could be applied in part or whole towards the said new service;

If the request for a refund has been raised after date of event, the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed, then, such refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.
If the request for the refund has been approved by EduKyu.com, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 21 (Twenty one) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.

If any of the event cancelled by trainer, the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the event has been canceled, then, such refund process could take a minimum of 21 (Twenty one) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly.

All the refund will be made only for the services charges, all taxes paid during the transactions are non-refundable
