We make every effort to provide the service to you as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each service or product purchased by you from EduKyu.com. However if, due to any reason, we are unable to provide to you the service or product you purchased from us, then you shall be entitled to a refund which shall be subject on the following situations

I. Services

For Trainee

• EduKyu is only responsible for the transaction made on the website EduKyu.com. Trainee having option to pay directly to trainer also in which EduKyu.com will not be responsible for any of the transaction made between trainer and trainee.
• The refund shall be considered in the event where there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from EduKyu.com.
• In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there was no fault, defect or onus on EduKyu.com.
• Refund request shall not be entertained on or before 48 hours of the event date which has been mentioned in the website EduKyu.com. However, we shall give you the option of using the amount paid by you for an alternative service in EduKyu.com amounting to the same value and the said amount could be applied in part or whole towards the said new service.
• If the request for a refund has been raised after the date of event, the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed. Then such refund shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.
• If the request for the refund has been approved by EduKyu.com, the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 21 (twenty one) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank accordingly. We shall handle the refund process with care and ensure that the money spent by you is returned to you at the earliest.
• If any of the event cancelled by trainer, the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the event has been cancelled and such refund process could take a minimum of 21 (twenty one) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly.
• All the refund will be made only for the service charges. All taxes paid during the transactions are non-refundable.
• All refund request with service details need to be mailed to customercare@EduKyu.com from the registered email ID.

For Trainer

• If the request for a refund has been raised after 48 hours of membership approval, the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the member has been approved. Then such refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.

II. Website

• EduKyu.com is not responsible for any damage resulting from use of this website by anyone.
• You will abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations in your use of the website.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the use and enjoyment of the website by other users.
• You will not resell material on the website or of the website.
• You will not engage, directly or indirectly in transmission of “spam”, chain letters, junk mail or any other type of unsolicited communication.
• You will not defame, harass, abuse or disrupt other users of the website.

III. Privacy Policy
