Components of Culture -

There are number components involved I building an effective corporate culture.

a     Vision:

 To build a strong corporate culture, an organization first needs to have a vision
statement that clearly describes the reason for the organization’s existence.
The vision statement represents what an organization intends to be in the
future.

b      Values:

     Values are a set of beliefs and ideals shared by individuals in an organization. These
values develop the behavior and attitude of the organization’s individuals.

c     Practices:

    The
values of an organization hold no relevance unless they are incorporated in
practices.

 d   People:

    No organization can build a culture without
having people to share their beliefs and embrace them. People who believe in
the culture of their organization tend to stay long and show high commitment
towards achieving organizational goals.
